It depends on the renovations and what you're doing. If you're painting and building new frames around the windows, you probably want the stained glass in first so the trim and framing can be done around it cleanly. But it's a case-by-case thing, every renovation is different, so it's worth having a conversation about timing so we can figure out what makes the most sense for your specific project.
